Red Rock Hospitality is pleased to announce another new Student housing project for Rexburg, ID. The 152 bedroom project name is called "Bountiful Place". Red Rock is Manufacturing and providing 152 of each of the following: 30" "High Rise" Steel Bed frames, Twin SoFlux-Ox Mattresses and Bunkie boards, 3 drawer under-bed dressers, Desks, Chairs, Barstools, Coffee tables, Folding Chairs, Custom Sectionals and all Manager living quarters. Red Rock Hospitality continues to thrive in the Student Housing community. A Brand new 100 Bedroom complexes in Madison, WI is being furnished by Red Rock Hospitality. Manufactured items include: 103 30" Steel Barstools, 46 Steel Chairs, 100 Steel Nightstands, 100 30" "High Rise" Full Steel Bed Frame, 100 3 drawer under-bed dresser, 5 36x72 Dining Table, 15 Pub Tables. Several Universities have contracted with Red Rock Hospitality for their summer upholstered furniture needs. These Universities include: University of Utah, Westminster college, Idaho State, Boise State, Appalachian Bible College in WV, Fort Lewis, Georgia tech just to name a few...
Red Rock Hospitality was rewarded a 3 year contract for Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado. Contract includes 51 Loveseats, 51 chairs and 51 end tables. A special thanks to William Peterson and Associates for making this happen.
Red Rock Hospitality was rewarded a 250 set Student Housing Contract for The Cardinal Group in Atlanta, GA. 250 custom sectionals, Steel/Laminate Media console, End tables, Cocktail table with sliding ottoman and 500 Barstools with upholstered top. Project was designed by Koncept design in Atlanta. "They wanted the best and they will get the best"
Red Rock Hospitality was just rewarded a large contract for the Zion Lodge in Zions National Park in UT. A 76 room complete renovation which includes Headboards, Bed bases, footstools, luggage bench, Armoire, Recycle caddy, desks, desk chair, power charge shelf, mirror and custom side chair with upholstered seat/back. All products are 100% solid Oak with "FSC" requirements, per the National Park Requests. A special Thanks to Bill and Carolyn Archdeacon with Archdeacon Designs LLC in Colorado for their superior interior design and making this job happen.

Another year has came and gone once again. It seems like each year gets shorter and shorter. We at Red Rock Hospitality would like to THANK all of our customers who used us for their furniture needs. We would not be the company we are today without your support. This year has brought many challenges but success as well. With our ever fast and changing economy, it has allowed us to tighten up our expenses and made us think "outside" the box. It has allowed us to be more creative in our sales. It has driven us to expand our product line and improve our manufacturing capabilities, given us an edge over our competitors. Our motto still remains the same "We don't want to be the biggest; we want to be the best."

'THE NAUVOO HOUSE'
Red Rock Hospitality is pleased to announce a new project up in Rexburg, ID where furnishings will be provided by Red Rock. The project name is 'The Nauvoo House'. They have extended its student capacity and is adding 248 bedrooms, making the total number of beds to exceed 600.

Red Rock Hospitality is providing 'High Rise' Steel Twin Beds, Under Bed Dressers, Steel Desks with laminate top, Steel Chairs, Mattresses and Bunky Boards. Completion of this project will be February, 2011. Only the best student housing furniture will be supplied to this complex. Red Rock Hospitality continues to grow daily. I'm very please to announce that we have opened up a NEW manufactured facility in Logan, UT. This new expansion has been made in preparation for our new phase one 20,000 square foot building, which will be expanded to 40,000 square feet Phase 2. These new facilities will be located on Highway 30 along the west entrance to Logan. We will also be moving Red Rock Hospitality's offices to this new location. We look forward to moving to our newly erected building in the fall of 2010.

Red Rock Hospitality has just finished their new and improved hospitality furniture brochure. The new brochure will be able to serve prospective buyers who are looking at what types of styles and colors of furniture are available. It will allow our customers to read more about us and get a glimpse into what our facility and contract furniture manufacturers look like. The brochure offers the dimensions of all furniture making it easy for our customers to know what sizes will work the best.
br> br>Red Rock Hospitality continues to grow with our expanding programs and the hard work of our staff, we were able to surpass last year sales in August. With this steady growth, we are constantly striving to manufacturer the style you want. With that said, we have just added 3 more standard lines to our already diverse line of products. Our new office manager is Naylise Rodriguez. With over l0 years in office management, Naylise brings experience and organization to our front office and customer service. On October 1, 2007, Red Rock Hospitality significantly expanded its contract furniture manufacturing capabilities. We moved into a new 20,000 square foot manufacturing and storage facility located in St. George Utah. With this change, we are able to perform our entire manufacturing process under one roof in a very efficient and continuous process.
