Hospitality furniture is a growing industry as there are more hotels, motels, offices, and student housing complexes being built and in need of furniture. The hospitality industry is continuing to grow and Red Rock Hospitality is in the forefront of building high quality constructed hospitality furniture. As we build our hospitality furniture and hotel motel furniture we build them to be able to last and endure through rough and vigorous abuse while providing the furniture with looks and style. Here are some of our sofas and chairs in many different styles, colors, and fabrics.

Frame Construction
All Frame components are made from a better grade and selected hardwood, 10 ply 3/4" poplar, multi core hardwood frame (California carb compliant). All frames have interlocking parts for strength and support. Every single frame joints are glued, corner blocked, screwed and dowelled. Frames that require springs clips are a solid frame-grade alder, oak or similar species. State of the art, computer driven machinery provides the utmost precision. All frames carry a warranty of "life of the original fabric" or 15 years.
Seat/Back Springs
Heavy duty 8 gauge, tempered steel mounted, no-sag springs attached at 5" intervals for a solid foundation. Insulated clips are attached to hardwood and are lap hung to prevent spring pull-out. Springs are double tied with 16 gauge flexcord or heavy duty string for uniform support. Heavy flexible insulator fiber and pads cover the spring system and provide a smooth insulated support for the decking, covers and cushioning. Back springs are 11 gauge, no-sag tempered steel tied with flexcord or heavy duty spring and covered with polypropylene backing to support behind foam cushioning. All springs carry a lifetime warranty.
Padding/Arms
Arms are supported by 4" strips of propex webbing and covered by a .05 chipboard. Top arm is supported by a 3" high x 4"-8" wide x 34"- 36" long 1/2" cylinder poly-urethane, fire retardant, non allergenic (CA 117) foam with a density of 1.8 lbs and ILD of 44 lbs. (44180 CM). The arm is than wrapped with a 1" thick poly-urethane, fire retardant, non allergenic (CA 117) foam with an ILD of 36 lbs and a density of 1.8 lbs. All covered with 1 oz polyester fiber.
Padding/Back
Back surfaces are padded with a protective backing over springs followed by a 4" thick poly urethane, fire retardant, non allergenic (CA 117) foam with a density of 1.1 lbs. and a ILD of 15 lbs. (15110 CM). Than covered with 1 oz polyester fiber.
Cushions
Sandwich seat cushions are 6" high- density (1.8 ILD) poly urethane, fire retardant, non allergenic foam (cc18036) with modulus center core support of 2.4 lbs with a firmness range of 32 to 36 lbs. for extra durability (HR 24036). Cushion is than wrapped with a 1 oz. polyester fiber to add crown and shape. All cushion materials are manufactured without ozone destroying chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's). All foam carries a "life of the original fabric" or 10 year warranty.
Tailoring
All sewing is doubled /singled stitch depending on where the extra stitch is needed most. Fabrics are carefully applied, matched where necessary to enhance the beauty and function of the fabric selected.
Legs
Various styles of legs are applied in every piece. Injection molded T-nut screws in heavy-duty legs provide long life and protection on floor surfaces. Styles with exposed wood trim or legs are made from kiln-dried hardwood, premium grade alder, maple or better.
Sleepers
All sleeper units are the Leggett & Platt 3560's series, square tubular, commercial grade, deep cavity, heavy-duty mechanism especially designed for use in the hospitality market. The unit is designed for frequent use and abuse. It is constructed to provide a smooth function.
Sleeper Mattress
Sleeper units are equipped with a 6" deluxe innerspring mattress for extra lumbar support. A 5 year warranty is applied to all mechanisms and mattresses. Most of our styles are available in queen, full or twin sizes.
